Composition at every level MUST use the same mechanism — a Filter proposition in the importing model relating a State in one imported model to a State in another. No additional composition construct MUST be required at a wider scope.

Non-normative: this is the scale-invariance claim, and unlike the determinism claim it appears to be straightforwardly true of the method as documented. Claim 12's "recursive aggregation of quasi-orthogonal object state machines into components of wider scope" is the same statement in claim language.

"Quasi-orthogonal" is doing unexplained work. Orthogonal state machines would be fully independent; these are coupled by Filters, so they are not. What "quasi" licenses is not defined anywhere in the corpus, and it is the textual support for a Partition construct (Q-G-0002).
