A SPOP message MUST carry data representing the first object, data representing the second object, and data representing the predicate relationship between them.

Non-normative: claim 1 requires the same three pieces on the way in — event data in relation to a first object, second object data, and the predicate relationship — and claim 7 requires them on the way out. Inbound and outbound messages therefore have the same shape, which is what makes SPOP a single uniform mechanism rather than two mechanisms that happen to share a name.
